The Keepa app has over 1 million downloads from the Play Store with an average rating of 4/5 and the extension has over 4 million installs with an impressive score of 4.7/5. You can also download the app from the Apple App Store where it scores a solid 4.8/5.

User reviews are positive and customers feel it’s probably the best tool for Amazon sellers. The only negative comments are about some recent technical issues and people whose home countries are not covered, like Belgium.

😍Pros:

  • Huge database of over 4 billion products
  • Detailed and Accuratehistorical Data
  • User-friendly interface
  • Designed for Amazon sellers
  • Free basic version available

😫Cons:

  • Advanced features require a paid subscription
  • Can be overwhelming due to the wealth of data provided

Our Verdict

We think shoppers on Amazon will get everything they need from the free version of Keepa alone. You can quickly see the lowest price on a product and set an alert for when it next drops to that price.

If you are selling on Amazon, particularly arbitrage sellers, we would recommend trying the premium Data Access version. The extra data and features can make a huge difference, allowing you to monitor the competition, win the Buy Box, find new products to sell, and ultimately make more money.

Keepa is incredibly popular with over four million users on Google Chrome alone and a rating of 4.7/5. We can certainly see why it’s so popular, and we found Keepa to be one of the best Amazon price tracker apps for both buyers and sellers with more features than alternatives like CamelCamelCamel.

Our Rating: 9/10 🏆

2. Honey 🍯

The 10 Best Amazon Price Trackers in 2024 - The Selling Guys (5)

What is Honey?

An Amazon price tracking tool so sweet, they called it Honey 😍 (sorry🤦‍♂️)

Honey is a browser extension for Google Chrome that automatically compares offers on Amazon and over 30,000 other websites, to find you the best deals, coupons, and discount codes.

The Honey browser extension is mainly known for applyingdiscount coupon codesat checkout, however, itdoes now offer some pricetracking featuresthat can helpyou save moneyon Amazon.

Main Features

Some of its top features include:

  • Automatic couponapplication
  • Price dropalerts on favorite ‘Droplist’products
  • Price historycharts
  • Earn cashback with honey gold
  • Automatically compares Amazon offers and sellers

Honey can save you a lot of time when shopping online as it automatically finds all the coupon codes and discounts available so you don’t have to search for each one.

If there aren’t any discount codes that are working when you are trying to buy something, Honey automatically adds the product to your ‘Droplist’ and notifies you if the price drops or coupons become available.

Another feature we love is the Honey Gold Rewards. When you are shopping at participating retailers, you will automatically earn Honey gold points, which can then be redeemed for gift cards or PayPal Cash. If you are buying in bulk for online arbitrage, this can quickly add up to a nice bonus each month.

Honey Price

Honey is free to use. You candownload itfrom the Google Web Store and start saving straight away. Download Honey today◥

Honey Reviews

TheHoneyprice tracker tool nowhas over 19 million users with a rating of 4.8/5 in the Chrome Web Store and the Honey App has over 5 million downloads.

Honey only gets a score of 2.9/5 on Trustpilot, though with some customers saying their purchases weren’t tracked properly or had difficulty getting the cashback through PayPal.

😍Pros:

  • User-friendly interface
  • Combines price tracking with coupon finding
  • Free to use
  • Works across multiple online retailers, not just Amazon
  • Rewards redeemable for PayPal Cash or gift cards

😫Cons:

  • Price history data is fairly basic compared with Keepa

Our Verdict

We feel using Honey is a no-brainer for Amazon buyers and sellers. It’s incredibly simple to use and can quickly save you money when online shopping.

If you are based in the US or Canada, the only alternative we would consider that offers similar features is PriceBlink (CNET Shopping).

Amazon sellers should also install Honey but will probably still need to use Keepa or CamelCamelCamel if they want more detailed stock and pricing data.

The main benefits for sellers come into play if you are doing online arbitrage and sourcing products from online stores.

Our Rating: 8/10 🏅

3. CamelCamelCamel 🐫🐫🐫

The 10 Best Amazon Price Trackers in 2024 - The Selling Guys (7)

What is CamelCamelCamel?

CamelCamelCamel, sometimes referred to as ‘The Camelizer’, is the original Amazon price tracking tool. ThisAmazon price tracker Chrome extensionallows you to access the price history charts for most Amazon products in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

You can also create a watch list for products of interest and get alerts for price changes.

CamelCamelCamel is both an Amazon price tracking website and a browser extension available on Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Opera, and Firefox.

Main Features

The CamelCamelCamel app offers some great features that make it popular with buyers and sellers.

Here are some of the main features:

  • Amazon price history charts
  • Amazon alert when price drops
  • Integrated use on the Amazon product page
  • Amazon wish list import

CamelCamelCamel Price

We like the fact that the CamelCamelCamel Amazon price tracking history tool is free to use.

CamelCamelCamel Reviews

CamelCamelCamel is now used by over 800,000 people and has a rating of 4.3/5 in the Chrome store but only manages a score of 3.2/5 on Trustpilot.

Customers report some issues with price alerts being delayed, which we have actually experienced ourselves. Overall, most users are happy with how easy the browser extension is to use.

😍Pros:

  • Simple, clean interface
  • Free to use
  • No account required for basic features
  • Extensive historical data

😫Cons:

  • App and website design feel dated
  • Lacks advanced features found in alternatives

Our Verdict

We think the best thing about CamelCamelCamel is its simplicity. It’s probably the easiest tool to use for setting simple price drop alerts and quickly checking the recent changes.

We would recommend this for people shopping on Amazon so you can grab your favorite products at the lowest possible prices.

We think Amazon sellers may still need to use ‘The Camelizer’ extension in conjunction with Keepa for product analysis and maybe Honey or PriceBlink for discounts.

It’s limited for sellers compared to Keepa, but the Amazon price history charts give you a quick benchmark on how to price your products.

Our Rating: 7/10 🥈

PriceSpy Reviews

The PriceSpy app has been downloaded over 5 million times from the Google Play Store and has a rating of 3.5/5 and a rating of 4/5 in the Apple App Store.

Customers are happy overall with some technical complaints about the interaction between the App and the website.

😍Pros:

  • Price comparison across most retailers
  • User-friendly
  • Extensive product database with detailed specifications
  • Free to use
  • Community providing reviews and insights
  • Available as both a web platform and mobile app

😫Cons:

  • Not currently available in the US
  • Prices sometimes take time to update
  • No browser extension available

Our Verdict

We found the PriceSpy price tracking app a pleasure to use and a good additional tool for finding deals for shoppers or online arbitrage sellers.

The main advantage is that it compares lots of retailers, not just Amazon, and you can set price alerts for all of them in one place.

We find Amazon usually has the best price, but sometimes other outlets will have good deals and promotions you can take advantage of.

5. PriceBlink/ CNET Shopping 🛒

What is PriceBlink/ CNET Shopping?

PriceBlink (CNET Shopping) is a free browser extension similar to Honey that automatically finds the lowest price and coupons while you shop online.

PriceBlink is made by the CNET review site and they have now released a separate browser extension called ‘CNET Shopping‘. CNET Shopping seems to be a more up-to-date version of PriceBlink with similar features.

The PriceBlink browser extension is available for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

  • Finds the best coupons and discount codes.
  • Wishlist and price drop alerts

PriceBlink Pricing

PriceBlink and CNET Shopping are both free to use. They generate revenue through affiliate links, earning a commission when users make purchases through the extension.

PriceBlink Reviews

PriceBlink and CNET Shopping have both been downloaded over 100,000 times from the Chrome Store and get an average score of 4.5/5.

You can also download the CNET Shopping extension from the App Store, where it gets a decent rating of 4.4/5. Shoppers recommend it mainly because it’s easy to use and saves them money on most of the purchases they make.

😍Pros:

  • Simple, user-friendly design
  • Covers most US retailers
  • Free to use, with no hidden costs

😫Cons:

  • Only works in the US and Canada
  • Doesn’t always seem to find the best coupons
  • Limited feature for online sellers

Our Verdict

We found PriceBlink to be a solid, good-quality alternative to Honey if you want a quick way to find deals and coupons while shopping online. When we tested the PriceBlink and CNET extensions, there were a few occasions it could not find a discount, but these were rare. Overall, we would recommend it if you are based in the US or Canada and don’t want to use Honey as there are no major downsides.

Looking at it from the point of view of Amazon sellers, it lacks the extra tools you might need to deep dive into competitors, stock levels, and historic prices. You are best looking at Keepa for these extra features. However, we do recommend online arbitrage sellers have Honey or PriceBlink running while sourcing online.

6. AliPrice 🌏

What is AliPrice?

AliPrice Shopping Assistant is a price tracking tool for online shoppers, particularly those buying from Chinese retailers like AliExpress. They do also track historical pricing on Alibaba, 1688, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopee, Rakuten, Lazada, Banggood, Bukalapak, DHgate, Flipkart, and Gearbest.

The AliPrice shopping assistant helps shoppers bridge the gaps between Western-based Amazon buyers and Chinese-based stores like AliExpress, so you can find the best deals overall.

Main Features

Here are some of the main features:

  • Cross-platform price comparison (Amazon, AliExpress, and more)
  • Historical price charts
  • Price drop alerts
  • Product search across both platforms
  • Search by image
  • Browser extension and App
  • Add to wishlist

AliPrice Pricing

The AliPrice extension is free to use, with no subscription fees. It generates revenue through affiliate links when users make purchases via the platform.

AliPrice Reviews

The AliPrice shopping assistant app has over 500,000 downloads from Google Play with a score of 4.2/5. AliPrice gets an impressive 5/5 from the Apple App Store and the browser extension also gets a rating of 5/5.

The only criticisms we could find had to do with issues getting notifications. Customers are happy with AliPrice and particularly how helpful it is for shopping and importing from China and comparing prices to US retailers.

😍Pros:

  • Unique Chinese retail price comparisons
  • Decent historical price data
  • Free to use
  • Good design

😫Cons:

  • Price notifications not always accurate
  • Limited customer support
  • Can be confusing

Our Verdict

We found AliPrice to be a well-designed browser extension and app that, although overwhelming at first, did a good job of spotting opportunities to get products cheaper from China.

We feel it has some good uses for buyers and sellers. Buyers can shop globally more easily and get even better bargains. Amazon sellers could use the app to source products for dropshipping on Shopify, eBay, or Amazon.

It lacks the depth of product data of alternatives like Keepa and PriceSpy, as it’s more focused on comparing global prices.

Our Rating: 6/10

7. Earny 🤓

What is Earny?

A smaller name in the game but another interesting Amazon price watch tool is the Earny browser extension.

Earny offers itsAmazon price tracking serviceson a web browser extension (Chrome Web Store) and on its own app. As the name suggests, this tool allows users to earn cashback on purchases and offers protection against price drops.

🔗 Earny Chrome Browser Extension Download ◥

Main Features

Here’s a list of the app’s main features:

  • 20% cash back on purchases
  • Amazon price history tracker
  • Amazon watchlist and price drop alerts
  • Price Protection
  • Cashback rewards from friends

The Earny price tracking app is simple to use and comes with the unique feature of‘Amazon price protection’.

Price protection offers you the opportunity to claim money back if an item’s price drops or your delivery is late after you’ve purchased it. This applies to purchases, travel reservations, and deliveries.

As well as Amazon products, Earny can also monitor hotel prices for changes and can scan your emails to find items you’ve bought where you may be eligible for a refund because the price has dropped.

Earny Price

You do not have to pay to create an account or to download the app. However, the app charges either $4.99 per month or $39 for an annual membership, which includes full access to the app’s features, such as Amazon price protection.

Earny Reviews

The Earny Chrome extension has been downloaded by over 10,000 people, but we have concerns about the bad user reviews. At the time of writing, Earny only has 3.4/5 in the Chrome Store and 2.6/5 on Trustpilot.

The main reason for the bad reviews seems to be problems canceling subscriptions with the company continuing to take payments and not replying to messages. Users also report problems withdrawing their earnings.

😍Pros:

  • Automated refund requests save time and effort
  • Works across multiple retailers, not just Amazon
  • User-friendly mobile app
  • Potential for refunds through price protection on past purchases

😫Cons:

  • Main cashback features require a paid subscription
  • Need to link your Amazon account to get late delivery compensation
  • Users have reported issues getting charged after canceling

Our Verdict

Despite its cashback and rewards features, this app tends to be more helpful for buyers than for Amazon sellers.

However, Amazon sellers could also take advantage of some of this app’s price drop alerts and price history tracker but we feel Keepa or the ‘3camels’ are better options.

So, although Earny does have some great unique features, we would be wary of signing up for a paid subscription at this point due to the issues around canceling subscriptions.

Our Rating: 4/10

8. Glass It 🧞

What is GlassIt?

Glass It is a fairly new price tracker and has a mobile app available on iOS and Android. It also comes as a browser extension for Microsoft Edge, Chrome & Firefox web browsers.

They offer various services, from a viewing simple price history to dynamic repricing of multiple products in your Shopify or tracking competitors.

Main Features

  • Visual price history graphs
  • Customizable price drop alerts
  • Cross-platform price tracking
  • Dynamic repricing against competitors
  • Track competitors across all platforms

Glass It Pricing

Glass It is free to see 12 months of pricing data and track 5 products, but you will need to enter your credit card details. If you want to use any of the main features, it costs from $1.90 per month to track 10 products to $90 per month to track 500 products. If you pay annually, you get a 15% discount.

Glass It Reviews

The Glass It app has over 10,000 downloads and the browser extension gets a rating of 4.5/5 on Trustpilot and 3/5 in the Chrome Store. The main complaints seem to be that you have to enter your credit card details to even use the free trial and even then you can only track 5 products.

😍Pros:

  • User-friendly interface
  • Unique business features like repricing
  • Free basic version

😫Cons:

  • Free data is very limited
  • Need to add a valid payment method to use the free account
  • Focused mainly on Amazon and Shopify sellers
  • Most useful features can quickly become expensive
  • Requires manual setup for each product and retailer

Our Verdict

We would say that GlassIt is not really suitable for normal shoppers and they should stick to Honey or CamelCamelCamel because Glass It is very much geared towards business customers.

If you are an online seller with products on both Amazon and Shopify, then Glass It might be worth considering. If you have a limited number of products, you can track competitor pricing and Glass It will automatically reprice your products to stay competitive. However, we do feel that if you want to automatically change prices, it might be better to stick to a dedicated repricer like BQool. If you just want to monitor products and competitors, then a dedicated price tracker like Keepa is probably a better option.

We found Glass It was trying to do too many different things and wasn’t the best at any of them. We also found it too expensive, and it’s always off-putting when companies ask for your credit card details to even test out their software. For these reasons, we won’t be using Glass It for now.

Our Rating: 4/10

9. Pricepulse 🤖

The 10 Best Amazon Price Trackers in 2024 - The Selling Guys (13)

What is Pricepulse?

Pricepulse is anotherAmazon price tracking appand web extension that helps users buy products on Amazon at the best possible price.

This app is available for download on iOS and Android devices, and the web browser extension is available on the Chrome Web Store and App Store.

One feature that sets Pricepulse apart from other price monitoring apps is the use of artificial intelligence to analyze price behavior and predict when future price drops are likely to happen.

Main Features

Here are some of the main features:

  • Real-time Amazon price monitoring
  • Historical pricing charts
  • Price drop alerts
  • Restock availability alerts
  • Uses AI to predict the best time to buy
  • Gift card rewards

Aside from its price tracking services, Pricepulse also offers users points on their purchases and free daily points with which users can claim free gift cards.

Pricepulse Price

Pricepulse is currently free to use.

Pricepulse Reviews

The Pricepulse extension has over 8,000 downloads but only has a rating of 3.3/5 in the Chrome Store. The Pricepulse app gets a more respectable score of 4/5 in the Apple App Store.

We also found several poor reviews on other platforms, with users complaining they could no longer log in and the app wasn’t working anymore. When our reviewers recently tried to use it, we experienced the same issues and also noticed their website wasn’t loading.

😍Pros:

  • Data analysis tools
  • User-friendly interface
  • Free to use
  • Innovative AIPredictions

😫Cons:

  • Only works in the US
  • Issus logging in
  • AI predictions not accurate

Our Verdict

Pricepulse has an interesting concept in using AI to predict when prices on any product are likely to drop. In reality, Pricepulse has issues with logging in, a dead website, and is no longer supported by Google, so we cannot recommend it.

We would recommend you stick to better alternatives like PriceSpy, AliPrice, Keepa, or Honey that work.

Our Rating: 4/10

10. PriceBefore 👨‍🏫

What is PriceBefore?

PriceBefore is a basic price tracking website that seems to be focused on the Indian and Chinese marketplaces.

There currently isn’t a PriceBefore Chrome extension or App available, although they do operate on Telegram.

Main Features

  • Price history charts
  • Price drop alerts
  • Shows best deals in different categories

PriceBefore Pricing

The PriceBefore price monitoring website is free to use.

PriceBefore Reviews

We couldn’t find many ratings or reviews of PriceBefore which is always concerning. The only reviews we could find complained that it was difficult to use.

😍Pros:

  • Simple to use
  • It’s free to set up an account

😫Cons:

  • Limited to a website only – no app or browser extension
  • Seems to mainly focus on Indian retailers
  • Lots of spammy-looking ads and pop-ups

Our Verdict

We didn’t really like much about PriceBefore. It was focused on the Indian markets and retailers tracking products on Amazon, Flipkart, and Snapdeal. The interface was slow and dated and it doesn’t yet have an app or ever browser plugin.

It does show very basic pricing history and you can set alerts but we would definitely recommend you stick with alternatives like Keepa, CamelCamelCamel, and Honey.
