Ladies Retreat 2009 -- Happily Ever After!

In the land of soaring expectations, how do we reconcile our fairy-tale dreams with the reality of a fallen world? Join us as we explore God's secrets of contentment on Friday, September 18th thru Sunday, September 20, 2009 for a fairy tale retreat at Briarwood Retreat Center .

Our guest speaker, Lael Arrington, will be joining us on Saturday as we seek to explore Fairy Tales and Contentment - reconciling our expectations with reality and eternity!  Visit Lael's site for more information.

Ladies Fellowship & Game Night
All ladies are invited for food, fun & fellowship on the first Monday of every month, 6:30-9:30 p.m. Dinner is provided. Bring a wrapped gift valued at $8, and an unwrapped gift valued at $2 for Pokeeno. This game is fun and very easy to learn. Take a break and come enjoy an evening with friends! Holy Cross Little Lambs Preschool

Holy Cross Lutheran Preschool is a state licensed childcare program. We admit students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin. Our Preschool Program is a ministry of service, fellowship, and evangelism shared through Christian nurturing of young children and their families in our community. This distinctively Christian emphasis promotes excellence in education by engaging children in age-appropriate curriculum with both group and individual interaction. And as members of the Family of God, we share our faith and joy in Christ by nurturing the spiritual, psychological, emotional and social needs of each unique child of God in a safe, healthy, and loving environment.

 
 

Fellowship Opportunities

Prime Timers

We are a group of Holy Cross members who range in age from the early 50's to mid-80's. We welcome anyone into the group who is eligible for AARP (that means you are at least 50 years old) and/or who is available for mid-week daytime activities. You don't have to be a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in order to participate in Prime Timers.

 
 

Men’s Softball League

Holy Cross has a team that plays in the Arlington City D League throughout the year. Games are on Thursday evenings at Harold Patterson Sports Complex.
